 Individual Tutoring

We believe that one-on-one, personalized instruction is the most effective way for students to focus on academic improvement and build confidence.

Tutoring is most effective when the academic needs of the student are clearly defined.  Our purpose is to help you clarify those needs, set academic goals, and meet those goals as quickly and effectively as possible. We do not have contracts or long-term requirements - we work hard to insure tutoring is effective and efficient.

Using a tutor should be a positive experience that results in higher achievement and higher self-confidence for every learner.

College Entrance Counseling

Starting as early as 7th grade, we provide guidance, support, and knowledge to help you and your student easily navigate the path to college graduation. We understand how complicated this can be and how easy it is to misstep along the way.

We offer an easier way.  

Let us explain all of the options and steps before they happen so you and your student can make the best decisions possible at all the right times.   Our team will simplify the process and provide additional support and strategies to alleviate the stress and make getting into the right college manageable and fun!

Exceptional Ed Counseling

Wherever you are on the journey with your child, we are here to support you.

From understanding and interpreting evaluations and test results to real world strategies for helping your child, we have in house experts to answer your questions and guide you.

Whether your child is in school or you are considering home school, we provide options and are always advocates for your child's success - however you define it.

 Homeschool Options

We provide an amazing and safe learning environment which is fully supported by expert tutors to assist your student with the completion of daily school work. Students get assignments completed alongside like-minded peers with additional tutor support for any subject, as needed.

We can assist with any curriculum you provide. If your student is enrolled in FLVS Flex, we provide a perfect two-day complement to their program.

Schedule is daily from 9-12 noon, choose from 1 - up to 4 days, depending on your needs.

Beginning Spanish

This Fall we are offering Spanish through immersion classes for our younger students.

K-1st grades 9AM - 10AM on Fridays
This engaging weekly class will explore Spanish culture through activities and songs as students learn basic vocabulary, conversation skills, and greetings.

2nd-3rd grades 10AM - 11AM on Fridays
Students will gain an appreciation for the Spanish language as they learn speaking, reading, and writing skills along the way. This fun and exciting class will combine activities with music for lively learning!

Dual Enrollment Success

Advanced Learners is an active supporter of students participating in the dual enrollment programs at SPC and HCC.

For homeschool students enrolled in either SPC or HCC classes, we offer a support class the beginning of each semester to teach students all they need to know to be successful in college classes.

Active and Engaging Classes

 Early Readers

For our youngest eager learners who show signs of interest in letters and words at an early age, we will capitalize on their enthusiasm!

Offered: Monday thru Thursday 1PM - 2PM

Pricing: $10 / class

 Beginning Readers

We build fluent, independent readers through a unique 36-step learning-to-read curriculum. Your student will enter school with the skills and confidence to be a successful learner.

Pricing: $10 / class

 Gentle Learners

Gentle introduction to both fine and gross-motor skills with self-paced sessions for the soon-to-be student. Your child will develop classroom readiness in a creative and encouraging atmosphere.

Offered: Monday thru Thursday 12PM - 1PM
